PRODUCT CHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
For the products you want to return or exchange, sending an e-mail to info@lecle.co stating your reason and order number is sufficient for us to initiate your transactions.
When you contact us via e-mail, you ensure that the products are sent back together with the invoice for the products to be examined. We send you a shipping code for our shipments and returns. 
In order for return and exchange products to be accepted; There should be no odor, stain, wear and tear on the products. The products must be returned undamaged and in condition to be put up for resale.
Returns and changes of products that have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted.
The shipping cost is not reflected to you in the change of product procedures. In the return procedure, the shipping fee is deducted from your return amount.
The prices of the products whose return is approved will be paid back to you as soon as possible with the assurance of Iyzico.
